Gator Zone North

Buckeye football coach Urban Meyer told the Big Ten Network that it’s possible some of the NFL players* who once spent time with him at Florida could end up working out on Ohio State’s campus this spring. The draw would almost certainly be strength coach Mickey Marotti, who followed Meyer from Gainesville to Columbus. Here’s a list of the Gators who qualify, which we also share to show you how many players Meyer has sent into the NFL:

Ahmad Black-DB Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Andre Caldwell-WR Cincinnati Bengals
Riley Cooper-WR Philadelphia Eagles
Jermaine Cunningham-LB New England Patriots
Carlos Dunlap-DE Cincinnati Bengals
Marcus Gilbert-OT Pittsburgh Steelers
Joe Haden-CB Cleveland Browns
Derrick Harvey-DE Denver Broncos

  1. I think they should all have to wear “I ‘heart’ Ohio State” shirts before they’re allow in the buildings! 🙂 haha Would definitely be interesting to see them on campus, though.
