Ohio State’s New Star

Coach Urban Meyer wanted Ohio State football to get more production out of the nickel back or “star” position, so he lobbied OSU’s defensive coaches to give Orhian Johnson some more playing time. That move paid off in the Buckeye win over Central Florida, as Johnson recorded 1 pass break-up, 1 interception, and 6 tackles.

Johnson spoke about that after the game.
