Thanks to the keen eye of Eric Smith and Jas Chaffin (better known as CBJ Prospects), I knew that I should take a look at goalie Martin Ouellette’s helmet this week as he participated in the Blue Jackets Development Camp.
Thanks to Jackets PR great, Ryan Holtmann, I was actually able to take that look close-up.

HOLY SCHNIKES! IT’S A TEDDY BEAR WITH AN UZI!
Ouellette and the other campers will be wrapping things up with a scrimmage today around 2 p.m.
Thankfully, it’s the goalie’s fellow prospects who will be doing the shooting. I’m not sure that teddy bear has a license.
Must be related to these guys. They were packing an uzi too.
